**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough and accurate inspections of vehicles to ensure they comply with Massachusetts regulations and safety standards
- Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines, and maintain accurate records of inspections performed
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain inspection results and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest inspection regulations and guidelines, and attend training sessions and seminars as required
- Ensure all inspections are completed safely and to the highest quality standards, and comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all equipment and tools are properly calibrated and in good working condition
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive timely and accurate inspection results and recommendations
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the inspection center
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Valid drivers license
- Be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Read and write English
