Must have worked in the industry for a few years with experience across Digital & Print branding/marketing content.

**Must be adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment. Must be agile - Can produce great work with fast turnarounds, and with accuracy.**

**This role is hybrid.**
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Be responsible for daily social media operation including but not limit to schedule planning, original content initiation, layout edition and release.
- Content creation and strategy for brands.
- Proofreading digital and creative content
- Brand-specific creative work.
- Capable of being able to differentiate and speak in various brand voices.
- High-level understanding of digital marketing channels. Manage various online channels including but not limit to Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Assist in the creation and operation of online community, develop online campaigns, maintain and improve community engagement
- Creates content in line with promotions, campaigns, and brand strategy to further build brand familiarity.
- Work closely with the design team to capture content for use across various channels, purposes, and goals. Content must be planned/evaluated against strategic goals to ensure content distributed is on brand and driving momentum to achieve goals.
- Supports special events and photo shoots as needed.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field is a plus, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media that delivered growth
- Creative-minded, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Motivated, professional, and flexible with the ability to react quickly when the need arises.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit who can both take direction and work independently.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Excited to work closely with a tight-knit team and work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

Pay: $25/hour - $35/hour

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
