All Anderson MBA students must participate in a two-quarter capstone course in the Applied Management Programs to graduate. The Advanced Topics in Management Capstone (ATMC) course fosters students' ability to think critically and solve complex problems related to an advanced topics in management through lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and guest lectures. In the ATMC courses, students will sharpen their analytical skills to enhance their ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Students are expected to do a substantial amount of work outside the classroom. This position reports directly to the ATMC faculty lead and the Faculty Director of the Strategic Research Programs (SRP), jointly the "Faculty Directors". He/she is expected to work independently and collaboratively with Applied Management Program staff members and in coordination with the Faculty Directors. He/she will provide regular reporting and updates to the center team members for effective management.
