Acquisition Specialist/management Analyst

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Support the development of program acquisition documentation.
- Acquisition Plans (AP)
- Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR)
- Justification and Approvals (J&A)
- Procurement Initiation Document (PID)
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)- Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).- Work independently in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to initiate, generate, route and mange PIDS
- Must have experience with the full life cycle of PID management to include a firm understanding of Contract sections B-H, Purchase Requests, and PMT Records
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements
- Facilitate, attend, participate, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards

**Experience Requirements**:

- 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing desired duties described above
- Must have experience with the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) suite of tools, SharePoint and MS Teams

**Education Requirements**:

- BA/BS Degree in a business, management, or technical discipline
- Allowable Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree **OR** Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
