**B) Full-Time = 30 or more hours per week / Benefit Eligible / $2500 Sign On Bonus**

**Available Shifts**:
**630am-3pm**

**230pm-11pm**

**1030pm-7am**

**All Caregivers receive $2.00 Shift Differential, for hours worked, from 2:30pm to 7am, every day**

**Uniform = **$80 bonus for Uniform Allowance added to your check as a new hire, or annually during your anniversary month. Solid colored scrubs only. May mix and match.

**Full time only / Benefit Eligible (Aetna) / Medical, Dental, Vision - Benefits begin on the 1st of every month after your start date.**

Paid Sick Leave for a Part Time Employees is 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

**$2500 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Only - $500 on your 1st paycheck, $1,000 on your 6 month work anniversary, and $1,000 on your 1-year work anniversary**

**We have Full Time and Part Time Openings**

**Referral Bonus Available / $600 per referral, no limit / $150 upon referral hire and every 90 days the staff member and applicant are employed with the final payout on the 1 year anniversary date of the applicant.**

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- **Has a minimum of three months of health-related experience.**

**-Has a Caregiver Certification for the State of Arizona.**
**-Has current CPR/First Aid certification obtained in a classroom setting and issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council. We will assist with this.**
- **Must have a Maricopa County food handler’s card prior to start date.**

**Uniform** = Royal Oaks will supply $80 to a new hire to purchase scrubs at various stores. Scrubs must be a solid color chosen from an approved list of 18 colors. Additionally, each employee will also receive $80 on their anniversary date. Royal Oaks also provides a $40 annual shoe reimbursement.**

**Background Check**:
