We are looking for a new Manager for our warehouse. We are a construction company with pallets getting delivered and sent out daily. You will be in charge of receiving/sending deliveries, creating and revising inventory, organization of the warehouse and conducting audits on the inventory. Forklift experience isn't required but it is preferred. If you are not already certified, we will provide the certification to you. You will need to be able to safely drive and load a trailer, a company truck will be provided for those deliveries. Since a company vehicle will be provided, you will not be considered if you have a DUI. Applicants must not have any Drug related charges, felonies, or Violant crime records in the last 5 years.

**Responsibilities**:
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize warehouse space, optimize inventory layout, and implement effective inventory management systems.

Excellent Communication: Clear communication skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to oversee inventory accuracy, conduct regular audits, and implement quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues with orders or deliveries, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Experience in Logistics: Familiarity with logistics principles and practices, including inbound/outbound logistics, freight management, and transportation optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Ability to Multitask: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Inventory Management Experience: Proven track record in overseeing inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, picking, and delivery of goods.

Time Management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders while optimizing warehouse resources and minimizing costs.

Forklift Operation Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and expertise in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to maneuver heavy loads, pallets, and materials within the warehouse while adhering to proper safety protocols and regulations. Forklift certification and a track record of maintaining equipment in good working condition are highly desirable.

Transportation and Loading Skills: Proficiency in driving and maneuvering vehicles such as trucks and vans to transport goods between warehouse, and delivery points. Ability to load and secure materials onto trailers using appropriate strapping and securing techniques to ensure safe transportation and compliance with regulations. Knowledge of weight distribution principles and experience in handling various types of cargo is a plus.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Willingness to identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
