**NorthPointe Terrace** has an **Immediate Opening** for a **Housekeeping/EVS Technician** to join our team. You will play a vital role in caring for our patients, visitors and staff by ensuring a safe and clean environment each and every day.

This position offers a great work-life balance with no regularly scheduled weekends or holiday work. (May work the occasional weekend shift for a special event)

The will:

- Clean all apartments, common areas and the Sleep Lab on a weekly basis
- Deep clean apartments twice per year
- Fill out work orders as needed for repairs and carpet cleaning
- Assist with cleaning of carpets as needed
- Assists in other areas as needed, including Dietary and activities
- Work occasional weekends as needed for special events

Requirements include:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task to prioritize assigned work tasks

Preferred:

- Previous cleaning experience
