**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative design concepts for industrial boilers and related equipment.
- Generate CNC programs for our waterjet cutting machines, optimizing cutting paths for efficient production.
- Set up and operate the waterjet CNC machine to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on the CNC machine, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and production staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and analyze design drawings and specifications, suggesting improvements or modifications as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with SolidWorks software for 3D modeling and technical drawing creation. (Minimum 2 years of experience)
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, specifically with waterjet cutting machines preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and materials preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of boiler systems and heat transfer principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
