**Job Description** General Summary**

**Principal Responsibilities and Tasks**
- The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. These are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties performed by personnel so classified.
- Verifies and uploads all required documentation in the system of record.
- Ensures data accuracy in all systems and documents.
- Runs reports and tracks relevant performance metrics.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize technologies such as MS Office products and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and be trusted to complete tasks with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications** Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year of administrative or clerical experience is required. Experience in Human Resources is preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with office software systems is required.
