**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with client check-in and check-out processes
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with barbers and stylists to ensure timely service
- Address client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Manage inventory of retail products and salon supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
