Estate Protection Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Agent to join our team. As a Protection Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide protection and security services to clients, including individuals, businesses, or events
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Implement effective security measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies
- Perform regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in militarise, loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment and technology
- Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills
- CPR and First Aid certification is required
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Exceptional observation skills with keen attention to detail

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
