**Come to work for a growing auto parts distributor.**

Make sales/relationship visits to existing and new light duty customers. You will be representing certain light duty auto parts that our customers will need to purchase to complete their repair job. You are helping them get parts they need to satisfy their customer's need. You are selling something that helps them make money.

Hourly paid plus monthly commission based on growing sales.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Generate additional business with existing accounts and accounts who have or have not bought from us previously by:

- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Manage valuable repeat buyer customer accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate important customer relationship issues to management
- Ability to work independently
- Be results oriented
- Have a proven track record of setting and exceeding goals
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities
- Establishing long term relationships with customers
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention

**Primary Qualifications**:

- At lease of 5 years of sales experiences
- Some knowledge of automotive parts industry or trucks is a requirement.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Excel skills, and understanding of CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Languages: Spanish and English is a requirement
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Able to visit customer once or twice a week to maintain customer relationships (Outside Sales)

**Job Type**: Full Time

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission Pay

Expected Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
