Partnership Development:

- Assist the head of growth and partnerships in evaluating and identifying strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including technology partners, service providers, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Supervise ongoing relationships with partners, monitoring performance and fostering collaboration within the team.

Project Management:

- Optimize the team task management using a cross-functional CRM platform.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to the head of the department, providing transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the blockchain ecosystem, leveraging insights to drive growth and innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company visibility and build relationships within the blockchain community.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the technology industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of identifying and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic industry.
