**Position Summary**: Fulltime Digital Services Rep (Call Center)

**Qualification requirements**:
Must have experience using Credit Union services and products. Member services experience in a financial institution preferred.

People oriented with excellent phone etiquette. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to accurately interpret information as well as demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Application of good judgment and decision making.

**Full**-**time**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday; hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00pm Monday - Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Thursday-Friday.
