We are looking for a receptionist who works well in a fast-paced environment. This individual will need to have excellent communication and be highly organized in order to keep up with our fast-paced environment and quick deadlines.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and transferring incoming calls.
- Accept office deliveries and notifying appropriate staff to receive product.
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or fax machine.
- Order office and safety supplies.
- Assist with sending out and/or going to the post office/UPS/FedEx to ship out mail/items.
- Provide tours of showrooms and explain Norman products.
- Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, and services provided.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Responsible for coordinating building and equipment maintenance work with operations or appropriate departments.
- Enter invoices and requests.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of receptionist experience
- Must be detailed oriented have excellent follow-through skills
- Must have outstanding communications skills (verbal and written)
- General proficiency in Microsoft computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to multi-task with multiple priorities and deadlines
