Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to the animals in our facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires a love for animals and the ability to handle them with care.

Responsibilities: - Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercise - Clean and maintain kennels, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment - Administer medications as directed by veterinary staff - Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns to supervising staff - Assist with animal handling during examinations and procedures - Provide basic training and socialization for dogs - Interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in animal care or related field preferred - Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques - Strong customer service skills - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment Skills: - Animal handling - Veterinary technician - Customer service - Pet sitting - Veterinary - Animal care - Veterinary assistant - Heavy lifting - Pet care - Dog training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
