**Woodworking Processes - Seasonal - Get Outside Games**

**This role is for a detail oriented person with flexibility, efficiency and good communication skills. Must be able to interpret needs based on daily workflow. Position is in our woodworking warehouse which does not have HVAC and it gets very hot during the summer. Please keep this in mind when applying.**

**Must be able to lift 50-70+ pounds.**

**Job Type: Seasonal Part / Full Time**

**Availability: Monday - Friday**

**Operational role includes but not limited to**:
Preparation, processing, and assembly of woodworking components to create final products.

Monitor, manage and interpret inventory and work flow needs for orders and production.

Load, unload, operate and monitor industrial equipment such as cnc routers, router tables, sanders, and pocket hole machines.

Move, load and unload materials for incoming and outgoing shipments

Use hand tools, fixtures and jigs

**Required Responsibilities**:
Use of tools including but not limited to drills, sanders, router tables and pocket hole machines

Confirm finished products meet specification

Assist in production of other areas as needed

Read and understand orders, tape measures and rulers

Detect problems, irregularities and variances in raw materials and finished products

Maintain consistency and quality control through repetitive processes and tasks

Move materials and products between work areas - must be able to lift 50-70+ pounds

Safely setup, operate and troubleshoot all tools and equipment at all times

Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Maintain clean and safe work environment

**Required Skills**:
Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

Work in team environment and assist in other areas as needed

Consistently follow instructions with mínimal supervision

Understand safety and health hazards associated with each task and operation

Communicate visually and verbally

Understand and follow all company rules and regulations

**Education / Experience**:
High school or equivalent (preferred)

Woodworking Experience: 1+ year

Production Environment: 1+ year

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Woodworking: 1 year (preferred)
