**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Plan and coordinate maintenance and beautification of the property
- Supervise landskeeping employees and yourself
- Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery
- Operate heavy equipment for land maintenance
- Handle animals with care and ensure their well-being
- You will be responsible for all fencing, mowing, trimming, weedeating, machine maintenance, coordinating with repair shops, working on hay cutting and baling, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in farm management or related field
- Proficiency in operating hand tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to perform equipment repairs as needed
- Familiarity with animal handling practices
- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory tracking and budget management

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:
