Akira Technologies is seeking a junior-level Business Analyst to support the delivery of Navy analytics tools to support decision making by US Navy Chaplain Corps leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to gather requirements
- Manage project tasks and timeline
- Examine and assess complex problems
- Prepare and iterate on high-quality deliverables with mínimal technical guidance and oversight.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Associate's or relevant degree
- 1-3 years of experience in gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders and turning them into technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail, project management, time management, and follow through especially as it relates to the creation of client deliverables
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Proven experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with high-ranking Naval officers
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly
- Experience working with ServiceNow and/or government data management systems (i.e., ADVANA Jupiter) is preferred
- Knowledge of US Navy Chaplains Corps is preferred
- Secret clearance is required.
