Bilingual Dispatcher

Communicate and coordinate with field, office, and clients to dispatch crews and schedule work orders.
- Take orders from customers in order to schedule and dispatch work crews for normal service or emergency repairs.
- Respond positively and resourcefully to customers’ complaints or requests throughout the day.
- Enter orders directly into online order management system.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, work crews, and office staff on a daily basis to coordinate and maintain work schedule and ensure no details are missed.
- Close out requests for the day, give out schedule, ensure no details were missed and the following day is set.
- Provide field support as need to follow up with clients and contractors.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
