_Lawn Care Branch Manager _
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations at the branch level to include supervising and managing a team of administrative and operational personnel. The Branch Manager will oversee the hiring, onboarding and training of staff as well as managing the branch finances and reporting criteria. The manager will help to create and implement strategies which improve the growth and performance of the branch. The Branch Manager will be in direct coordination with Home Office support entities regarding training, policy and procedures implantation, budgeting and marketing strategy, and branch sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manages and supervises all employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
- Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
- Forecasts and plans according to fiscal needs
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation and fostering a positive environment.
- Fleet oversight.
- Oversees marketing strategy and the implementation of the branches specific marketing plan.
- Manages and ensures satisfaction of the customer database.

**Qualifications**:

- Capable of encouraging, leading, and mentoring members of the team and staff
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proven skills to expand the business with new accounts
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Accomplished at meeting goals and budgets

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
