Plumbing Foreman/ Supervisor

Need to know how to work with Copper, Cast Iron, ABS, CPVC, Poly, and Gas Iron pipes. We are looking for plumbers who have experience in managing projects and managing helpers. Need to know how to use all plumbing equipment. Must have a truck or van and most plumbing tools.

**Responsibilities**
- Work hand in hand with the project site supervisor and coordinate schedules and timelines.
- Work with and manage a team of plumbers and helpers to make sure everyone knows what to do.
- Need to know how to put together an RFI in case plans are not clear.
- Oversee and manage construction plumbing projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Interpret and implement project plans and blueprints
- Utilize ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other software for project tracking
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Plumbing industry
- Proficiency in budgeting, blueprint reading, and project management software like Prolog
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead teams effectively

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- Journeyman Plumber (preferred)
