**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise crew members on customer sites
- Plan daily tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain project standards
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project goals and deadlines
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure project excellence

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
