A part-time Dog Trainer delivers top-notch training services for the top-tier clientele. In this role, the Dog Trainer will be responsible for board and train programs, daycare and train programs, private sessions, and group classes focused on agility and specialty training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing world-class customer service to our the clients and pet guests
- Conducting board and trains, evaluations, private lessons, classes, and daycare and trains.
- Actively generating client leads (with business support) and maintaining client follow-ups.
- Maintaining an organized calendared schedule at a high volume.
- Providing regular team training.

Qualifications:

- Professional or competitive dog training experience (two years) - MUST HAVE.
- Dog agility experience - MUST HAVE.
- Accredited from a canine academy.
- Strong knowledge of dog health, behavior, and body language.
- Strong knowledge of various training methods that best serve the dog and Pet Parent.

Compensation and Job Structure:

- Endless earning potential with a highly competitive commission structure.
- Daily new client leads.
- Full support from the Headquarter’s Marketing team to max out classes and services.
- Business support with client gathering, class schedule, and session scheduling.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
