**Responsibilities**:
**Schedule and Communication Management**:

- Coordinate and maintain calendars efficiently.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications.
- Respond to inquiries on behalf of the content creator or their business.

**Administrative and Project Management**:

- Manage administrative tasks including expense tracking, document organization, and document formatting.
- Provide transcription services during important calls
- Create and maintain project timelines.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members or external partners.
- Aid in running and managing an online shop, (i.e coordinating social media activities and hosting promotional events.)

**Travel Planning and Logistics**:

- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Research travel destinations, attractions, and recreational activities.
- Create travel itineraries.

**Personal Assistance**:

- Schedule appointments, including doctor's appointments and haircuts.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as parties and family gatherings.
- Provide reliable transportation support for appointments and events.
- Assist with de-cluttering and reorganizing spaces.
- Make personal returns and purchases.

**Other Potential Tasks Depending on Experience**:

- Improve marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and interactions.
- Produce and edit videos for TikTok/YouTube shorts
- Operate cameras for IRL streams.
- Assist in generating engaging content for various platforms.
- Provide support for video editing and creating visually appealing graphics.
- Handle photography and videography for merch drops and other promotional materials

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational abilities and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Suite and social media.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Genuine interest in digital entertainment and online communities.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours and travel occasionally.

**Desirable Qualifications (Not Required)**:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant.
- Familiarity with social media management and live streaming.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics and manage online shops.

**Salary**: $22-24 per hour (with the potential for an annual salary)

**Schedule**: Flexible weekly schedule with hours varying from week to week. The position may require fewer than 30 hours some weeks and potentially more in others. As part of the role, tracking of hours is expected, and adjustments may be made to the job description based on consistently exceeding expected hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
