With projects ranging from $500k to $60M, they pride ourselves on delivering high-quality construction solutions to their clients. We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Construction Superintendent to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure project objectives are met or exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed of project status and any changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
