Greenhouse Assistant

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a hard working individual to work mornings at our fast paced lettuce production greenhouse. No growing experience needed. Applicant will also occasionally drive deliveries in our van to customers.

We need help building boxes, making labels, harvesting lettuce, cleaning floating rafts, transplanting seedlings, loading boxes into delivery trucks and everything else that it takes to grow organic hydroponic lettuce. You will start out as a much appreciated helper and what it turns into depends on your consistent, hard work. Applicant should also be able to drive a van.

**Requirements**:
Must be able to work on your feet for an entire shift in a hot or cold greenhouse.

Must be reliable & show up on time when you are scheduled.

We follow food safety protocols. We will train you 100%. You must follow these rules or you can not work here.

We are busy from the time we start until the work is done. If you can not put your phone down while you are working, you can not work here.

We wake up every day and grow healthy lettuce for happy people. We have no room for problem employees, bad attitudes or immaturity. We have a small strong team, everyone has an important role and we count on each other to stay efficient. You must be a team player or you can not work here.

For this position you must be available to work:
**Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7AM - Noon**

In March - Sept, we change our start time to 6-7AM.
