**Responsibilities**:
**Cocktail Creation**: Design and craft a diverse and appealing cocktail menu that caters to a range of tastes and preferences.

**Mixology Expertise**: Possess an in-depth knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and mixers, and stay updated on industry trends.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to understand their preferences and suggest personalized drink options.

**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality in drink preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.

**Bar Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.

**Training**: Train and mentor other bar staff on mixology techniques, recipes, and customer service.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.

**Innovation**: Continuously experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and flavors to introduce unique and signature cocktails.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers through promotions, events, and special drink offerings to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.

Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their origins and characteristics.

Excellent understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Creativity and innovation in cocktail creation.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy boxes of supplies.

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or formal training in mixology is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
