Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including working with logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Welding experience is a plus

Pay: From $33.71 per hour
