**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR to resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Assist in preparing reports for management as needed
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters
- Contact directors for missing employe time
- Able to handle payroll for over 200 employees
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and data entry
- Familiarity with Onepoint or similar payroll software
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and recordkeeping
- Understanding of basic accounting principles including debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- Experience in accounts receivable, tax, or governmental accounting is a plus
