Social Media Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality photo and video content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant and effective.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and live interactions to build a loyal community.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to create and edit high-quality photo and video content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Experience with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
