- No**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information, communication, and admissions decisions within our university system and internal tracking process.
- Evaluate transcripts for admissions and transferability of college credits
- Respond to student inquiries regarding the admission process and procedures and the transferability of credit and related academic information.
- Attend recruitment activities as assigned, including college fairs, school visits, and information sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Transfer Admissions Coordinator
- Minimum Qualifications**Education**
- Bachelors degree preferred**Experience**
- One (1) year of experience with student admissions in a college/university environment preferred; especially with transfer students**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Work patiently and supportively with prospective students, applicants and their families
- Excellent interpersonal and phone skills - Great organizational skills
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
- Ability to collect and analyze data relate to students admissions and recruitment

**Conditions of Employment**
- Travel in and out of state, evening, and weekend hours will be required
