Daytime Bartender

This role is primarily Monday through Friday days, with potential for additional shifts if desired. If you love the hospitality industry, but not the late nights and weekends, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality service to customers.
- Adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
- Greet guests in a timely manner and guide them through their food and beverage choices
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures utilizing a POS
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and the team
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, organization and safety

**Skills**:

- 1 year of experience in a full service restaurant or similar environment
- Must be 18 years of age
- Basic mathematical skills
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8+ Hours)
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails a plus
- Strong hospitality DNA and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
