Pharmacy Technician

**Full-Time Pharmacy Technician - Join Our Established Retail Pharmacy Team**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process and fill prescriptions electronically, ensuring complete and accurate information.
- Resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims.
- Accurately measure dosages, sort, stock, and label medications, and manage inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all security measures and quality standards.
- Effective communication with PBMs, doctors’ offices, patients, and attorney offices.
- Accurately pull drugs, match NDC numbers, and perform cross-checking in workflow.
- Handle counting, labeling, and packaging of prescriptions.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Superior telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of medication and dosage measurement, pharmacy law, and medical terminology.
- High organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable.
- Experience with online prescription systems, worker's compensation, no-fault insurance, and shipping is a plus.

**Additional Information**:

- This position requires occasional Saturday work.
- We are closed on Sundays and major national holidays.
- May involve floating to a second pharmacy location.
