We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst specializing in healthcare to join our dynamic team. The successful Financial Data Analyst play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support strategic decision-making within the healthcare sector. **Job Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial systems, reimbursement models, and industry-specific financial metrics.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support reliable financial analysis.
**Financial Analysis**:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
- Evaluate financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, with a focus on healthcare-specific metrics.
**Forecasting and Budgeting**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets for healthcare projects and initiatives.
- Provide insights into potential financial risks and opportunities.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay current with healthcare financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure financial reporting adheres to industry-specific guidelines and regulations.
**Data Visualization and Reporting**:
- Create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
