**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Work with Territory Directors and other leadership regarding branch openings, relocations and remodels
- Provide leadership for the MHE program including liaison to vendors, creating MHE specs, obtain quotes, and monitor repairs.
- Issue RFQ’s and make vendor selection using collaborative input for MHE, racking and real estate.
- Provide leadership regarding all rack installs, permitting, re-lays, demolition and repairs. Including working with local leadership on capacity needs and layout (CAD) planning, and sourcing.
- Maintain accurate inventory of racking components and communicate changes in assets value to Finance.
- Manage projects including financial management of capital planning and project expenditures. review and process invoices assigned to all projects.
- Ensure projects are under budget plans.
- Lead/participate in project calls and planning.
- Communicate all relocation, relays and new site status to the larger leadership team.
- Create plan of action for all projects.
- Participate in development of SOP’s.
- Create and deliver presentations regarding site improvements and other projects.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects with field team using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated abilities in project management including Gantt charts and project finance.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to model branch locations and distribution centers in CAD.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of job responsibilities.
- Exhibits business judgment and ability to drive change throughout an organization.
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
