**Weekends are a must, or every other weekend if preferred.**

**Front Desk employees are expected to**:

- **Ensure the accurate and completion of waivers**. If uncertain consult with management prior to admitting anyone into the park.
- Represent FunHub Action Park by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the park’s philosophy.
- Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
- Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the Manager on duty.
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings - Participate in and help facilitate staff training.
- Properly open and close the front desk each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the facility.
- Provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Utilize park computer with skill and proficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings.
- Assist in other areas of operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the park that require attention.

**Party Hosts are expected to**:

- Represent FunHub Action Park by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the park’s philosophy.
- Communicate and enforce all park rules in a personable and professional manner.
- Validate that ALL waivers are signed properly and issue appropriate wrist bands.
- Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to a Manager.
- Participate in and help facilitate staff training.
- The Party Host will remain enthusiastic and energetic at all times.
- The Party Host will greet all parties by name.
- The Party Host will also enthusiastically greet the special member of the party who is celebrating a birthday or other special event (ex: graduation)
- The Party Host will ensure that they have reviewed the proper paperwork for all parties he or she is hosting prior to the event.
- The Party Host will inspect all party rooms to ensure they are spotless and tables are set up and ready to go.
- The Party Host will also have cleaning materials and materials ready for the next party set-up.
- The Party Host will help with the cupcakes/cake and birthday sing along.
- The Party Host will clear all dirty dishes, utensils and napkins form the guest’s table.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. (ex. Cleaning other areas of the park or helping other party hosts when slow)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
