Strike USA is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter in the Spring, Texas area. This is a contract role with a planned contract duration of 6 months plus, which could lead to a full time permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team to provide full cycle recruiting support, including development creation and approval of job requisitions.
- Will need to effectively manage a workload of multiple requisitions at different stages of the recruiting process, while maintaining active communication and proactive support to hiring managers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ plus years of full cycle recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in using HR systems.
- _**Experience in working for or supporting recruiting in oil, gas, energy, and infrastructure markets.**_

Pay: $50,083.00 - $59,720.00 per year

Experience level:

- 2 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Spring, TX 77380 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
