**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify interesting and relevant stories for video content
- Develop story ideas and pitches for the team
- Collect evidence and conduct interviews to support story development
- Organize logistics for video shoots, including location scouting and scheduling
- Record video footage and interviews in a professional manner
- Edit video footage to create engaging and informative content
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content meets quality standards and deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and storytelling

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Strong storytelling and creative skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms
- **3-5+ years of content creation experience or a proven portfolio**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Final Cut Pro: 1 year (preferred)
