Limpia y mantiene edificios/instalaciones. Realiza tareas de limpieza pesadas, como limpiar pisos, lavar alfombras con champú, lavar paredes y vidrios y eliminar basura.

Notifica a los gerentes sobre la necesidad de reparaciones menores o mayores o adiciones a los sistemas operativos del edificio.

Establece y mantiene una comunicación efectiva y relaciones de trabajo con clientes, compañeros de trabajo, coordinadores de turno, supervisores, gerentes, etc.

Cumple con todos los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad, cumplimiento y calidad establecidos por la Compañía, los Clientes y las autoridades reguladoras.

El limpiador debe ser flexible y estar dispuesto a completar todas las tareas que se le asignen.
- **Responsabilidades**_

Limpia los pisos de los edificios barriendo, trapeando, restregando o aspirando.

Sigue los procedimientos para el uso de limpiadores químicos y equipos eléctricos para evitar daños a los pisos y accesorios.

A veces, usando escaleras, quita el polvo y lava muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos; Limpia techos y quita el polvo y pule las lámparas. Lava y reemplaza persianas

Traslada gabinetes, cajas, muebles, cajas y equipos a áreas limpias, ya sea manualmente o mediante el uso de carretillas de mano.

Puede eliminar las manchas de superficies como alfombras, cortinas, paredes y pisos usando productos químicos y soluciones de limpieza.

También puede barrer paseos, rastrillar hojas, cortar pasto, quitar nieve o realizar otras tareas estacionales incidentales

Mezcla agua y detergentes o ácidos en recipientes para preparar soluciones de limpieza de acuerdo con las especificaciones

Limpia y aspira las áreas alfombradas, incluida la aplicación de un tratamiento de limpieza de manchas

Recoge y vacía la basura

Limpia y limpia mesas, sillas y equipos en áreas de alimentos.

Limpia y pule muebles y accesorios

Servicios, limpieza y suministros de baños

Limpia periódicamente las rejillas de ventilación superiores, quita el polvo de las persianas y pule los muebles de madera

Supervisa la seguridad y la protección del edificio mediante la realización de tareas tales como cerrar las puertas después de las horas de funcionamiento y, posiblemente, comprobar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para garantizar que no se creen peligros.

Conduce vehículos (si es necesario) para realizar o viajar a trabajos de limpieza, incluidas furgonetas, camiones industriales o aspiradoras industriales.
