Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be available **SEVEN DAYS A WEEK** to assist with route coordination and delivery tasks.
- Picking up unsold copies of newspaper and collecting monies as required.
- Conduct audits of delivery routes at any time of the day to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with the managers to coordinate and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick ups and audits.

- **Route planning**: Ability to plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedule and deadlines
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly address and resolve any issues during deliveries and route audits
- **Technology Proficiency**: ability to use GPS navigation systems and route optimization software effectively
- **Cash Handling**: Experience in handling cash transactions accurately and securely
- **Decision Making**: Make informed decisions quickly, specially when faced with unexpected challenges

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle(s)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends
- Adaptability to and willingness to work in various weather condition
