**The Work**:
As the Equipment Manager Lead for the F-35 GSE product line, you will lead a team of Equipment Managers tasked with the cradle-to-grave management of F-35 GSE sustainment. Your responsibilities will include reviewing field support requirements, evaluating support equipment designs, updating Bill of Materials (BOM), and providing logistics input to assist engineering in developing supportable and maintainable designs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Prior experience in F-35 GSE product line and familiarity with F-35 Global Sustainment processes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.

Experience with unit-level (flight-line) military maintenance support systems is highly beneficial.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel, including both domestic and international trips as needed.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Min 10 years’ experience with AGE/ AGE use or maintenance.
- Requires extensive background in the aviation maintenance industry within the USMC, USN, USAF
- Experience using or maintaining F-35 support equipment.
- Working knowledge of JSF Global Sustainment structure & processes
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Must be willing to support, Operations on nights and weekends

**Desired Skills**:
Able to brief small or large groups.
- Ability to work jointly with the customer and teammates to identify solutions that meet both Government’s and industry’s needs.
- Background in unit (“O”) level aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
- Experience with post-aircraft & equipment delivery data Management.
- Experience in the Foreign Military Sales, NATO service experience, or have worked with a military operation in overseas countries/countries.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments.
- Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel as necessary to support position.
- Microsoft Office Software, i.e., Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
