Health Screener

**WE ARE HIRING**
- Formally and professionally, welcome all patients, guests, vendors, staff and any other individuals to the facility
- Ensure Personal Protective Equipment “PPE”, which will be provided, is in use at all times while screening individuals
- Check temperatures and administer a brief verbal questionnaire to all persons entering the facility
- Ensure that only necessary persons are entering the facility
- Ensure that all persons entering the facility are aware of COVID-19 or other healthcare guidelines that must be observed while in the facility
- Direct all persons to the correct area of the building.
- Contact a Clinic Supervisor or Manager for patient complaints or concerns
- Maintain, organize and tidy the screening area
- Assist other departments when needed with extra work

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Overnight shift

Work Location: In person
