Community Care Cooperative (C3) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) governed by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Our mission is to leverage the collective strengths of FQHCs to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. We are a fast-growing organization founded in 2016 with 9 health centers and now serving hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who receive primary care at health centers and independent practices across Massachusetts. We are an innovative organization developing new partnerships and programs to improve the health of members and communities and to strengthen our health center partners.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as a liaison between organizational needs, Community Technology Collaborative (CTC) and Epic staff
- Participates in Epic user groups and advisory boards to champion Fenway’s needs
- Promotes the identification and implementation of promising practices and ensure optimal ecosystem utilization
- Works in a supervisory capacity directly with CTC and Epic representatives and end users to ensure the system meets the organizations business needs
- Provides daily management and oversight to the Fenway EHR analysts
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues and escalates as necessary
- Advises on, and participates in, upgrades and timetables for EHR and other ancillary products
- Diagnose problems, evaluate solutions, and communicate resolutions to users and management
- Works collaboratively with clinical, operations and billing departments at both the health center and CTC to maintain and troubleshoots technology
- Manages internal requests for changes to Epic and other HIT systems for the Fenway EHR team
- Creates and tracks service requests for Fenway Health
- Adheres to CTC standards for documentation of data systems related to Epic and third-party vendors
- Oversees creation, maintenance and removal of Fenway user accounts for Epic
- Oversees implementation of new software or initiatives for Fenway Health
- Provides input and research for new products and services that will enhance the technical productivity of the team
- Participates in Fenway specific build projects upon project approval
- Collaborate with the EHR analysts and Analysts to build and move build upon CAB approval
- Oversees support and training in the area of Epic for Fenway Health
- Assists with design, development, implementation and maintenance of the EHR document templates and forms for data capture
- Communicates regularly with IT and Medical Records staff to ensure collaborative nature of work
- In conjunction with the Informatics and Data colleagues, assists with design, implementation, and maintenance EHR reports as needed
- Work directly with Fenway Clinical Department leadership to prioritize projects
- Works with quality improvement, clinical management and informatics staff to develop and update best practice workflows to meet the health center’s needs
- Participates in EHR and related project meetings as required
- Develops, coordinates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to products and processes for Fenway Health
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of organizations and outside collaborators
- Adheres to all agency and departmental policies and procedures
- Participates in quality assessment and improvement activities as requested
- Adheres to the highest principles of patient and client confidentiality
- Maintains ethical accountability in all discourse with all patients and systems
- Performs back-up of all files in conjunction with IT as required
- Attends all required meetings, in-services and professional trainings
- Maintains professional competence necessary to perform job responsibilities
- Serves on agency committees and in professional organizations when requested
- Supervisees daily duties, work allocation and assigns tasks
- Meets regularly with supervisees for supervision, and conducts annual evaluations of performance

**Required Skills**:

- High level interpersonal skill
- Experience managing multiple large scale, complex projects at one time
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills and proven skills with a track record of mentoring and developing staff
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory and hospital clinical practices
- Experience working with external vendors
- Experience implementing new software products is required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary and diverse team is required
- Self-Management skills and initiative are required

**Desired Other Skills**:

- Familiarity with the MassHealth ACO program
- Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers
- Experience with anti-racism activities, and/or lived experience with racism is highly preferred
- The ability and willingness to take owners
