Preschool Teacher

Seeking an experienced instructor for 24/25 School Year in Cornwall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Montessori Certified preferred
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities to promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the educational needs of each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
