Position Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with exceptional phone skills to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into loyal customers through persuasive phone conversations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote our seating products.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their specific seating requirements.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous inside sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional phone skills and ability to persuade.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
