Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry. As an Entry Level Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team. Duties: - Assist in managing daily operations of the establishment - Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and standards - Assist in training and developing team members - Collaborate with management to plan and execute events, banquets, or special functions - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Support in scheduling and shift management - Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members Qualifications: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Knowledge of hotel, restaurant, or catering operations - Familiarity with kitchen management practices - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays Preferred Skills: - Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role - Background in banquet or event management - Understanding of food industry trends and practices This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in hospitality management.
