Looking for CADC or CADC-I for the State of North Carolina for this counseling position

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine the level of care needed
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Utilize psychotherapy techniques to assist patients in managing their addiction
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Offer crisis intervention and support during difficult times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Certification or licensure as a CADC or CADC-I
- Experience in mental health counseling and patient care
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and crisis management techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and colleagues

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
