Almac Group is currently seeking a **Product Analyst** for our Souderton, PA location. The Product Analyst role supports the Product Owner team with the delivery of several key components of the product/solution software development life cycle along with providing product/solution support. This role will include performing a variety of tasks that supports the full spectrum of the software development life cycle such as requirements gathering, generating, and executing testing and business readiness tasks. The Product Analyst may also be assigned responsibility for primary management and support of small-scale products/solutions.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Support the Product Owner(s):

- Throughout the requirements analysis, gathering and stakeholder confirmation, ensuring that requirements are defined, recorded, and conform to Almac standards.
- Collaborating with system analysts, development, and systems test throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure clarity on requirements design.
- Completing PQ test planning, writing and execution. Co-ordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate and complete User Acceptance Testing as required.
- Developing Business Readiness plan and delivering/coordinating assigned tasks such as SOP updates, internal and external communication, user guides, training material etc.
- Managing product backlog, prioritizing and providing recommendations on most value-add changes to deliver via the product roadmap.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product(s). Providing support and leading issue resolution for assigned product(s) to include supporting the delivery of bug fixes.
- Independently manages delivery of minor product/solution changes through the change control process from initiation to delivery.

**Qualifications**:
Required Experience / Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with experience performing business and requirements analysis for software solutions within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries
- Experience delivering or supporting requirements analysis and elicitation for software products and solutions.
- Experience in facilitating and executing testing of software products and solutions.
- Experience managing multiple deliverables from product initiation through to delivery.
- Experience working in a multi-team environment with ability to meet key milestones.

Preferred Experience / Education:

- Master’s Degree
- Experience in delivering or supporting software products and solutions related to clinical supply management, packaging, labelling, distribution or other related clinical trial functions.
