**Responsibilities**:
- Type minutes, letters, reports, examinations, course materials and other assigned
materials/tasks/projects. Implement typing, filing and other clerk/typist functions as designated. Assist in
maintaining office files and records. Orders and maintains standard forms/stationery for faculty use.
Meet deadlines and finish work that is neat and accurate in a reasonable amount of time. Screen, sort,
prioritize and distribute mail.
acceptance fees for Schools. Schedule appointments for Registration office.
- Assists individuals both internally and externally in resolution of complaint, inquiry, requests, etc.
Direct students/staff/visitor inquiries to appropriate personnel. Assist with orientation programs by registering students for orientation.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Education and Skills Required:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum two (2) years experience as a secretary.
3. Computer skills, including but not limited to, Windows, Word and Excel.
